Our e-vouchers can be redeemed on food, drinks or rooms at The Orangery Restaurant & Rooms Redditch and are valid for 6 months.

Please note vouchers are e-vouchers and will be processed automatically then emailed straight after purchase - please check your spam.

If you require a template to write the name of the e-voucher recipient on please email book@the-orangery.com and we will try and respond within 72 hours (excl. Bank Holidays)

T&Cs

e-Vouchers can only be redeemed at Old Rectory House & The Orangery.
e-Vouchers have 6 months validity from purchase date
e-Vouchers are e-vouchers and will be sent via email 
e-Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Bookings to redeem gift e-vouchers must be made in advance.
Gift voucher must be presented upon arrival to be redeemed.
