Roast Chicken (gfo)
Free range roast chicken, served with proper roast potatoes, honey and cumin roasted parsnips, honey and caraway carrots, buttered seasonal greens, giant Yorkshire pudding - and loads of pan gravy!
Place chicken on an oven tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the middle of the chicken is hot.
